Shipping-  All items in stock will be shipped within 2 business days.  Shipping of custom orders will be determined on a case by case basis since fabrication times will vary from item to item.  Please email for details on this.

Handle with Care-  In order to have the best experience with cdesign jewelry products, please handle each item with care.  If needed, hand wash with mild soap or detergent and air dry.

Repairs-  Free repairs are available as long as product is not abused or submitted for repair an excessive amount of times.

Returns-  Because your happiness is very important to me, returns or exchanges are available as long as the product in question is returned in it's original condition.
